Plans change, is a common saying in wrestling. Such is the case for WrestleMania 42, which WWE has now moved from New Orleans to Las Vegas.

It was reported on Thursday via Wrestlenomics, that WWE had pulled WrestleMania 42 from New Orleans and was moving it to a new location, which would later be revealed as Las Vegas with New Orleans receiving WrestleMania in the future. This will mark the second time in WrestleMania’s history that WWE has held the event in the same city two years in a row. It was also reported that New Orleans will be hosting Money in the Bank next year. Which has been confirmed.

Money In The Bank 2026 is officially announced for New Orleans, with a future WrestleMania slated for the city as well as confirmed via video by WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H earlier today.

It was also reported earlier today via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE had already reserved Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for two nights next year.
