The King of this Shit speaks on his current status with Game Changer Wrestling.
Nick Gage hasn’t appeared for Game Changer Wrestling since he was pulled from the company’s annual GCW Homecoming event back on August 24th. Since then Gage has confirmed that he did check himself into rehab after the incident at Homecoming, however he did not provide any further details on the matter.
Despite not appearing for GCW, Gage has made appearances for other wrestling promotions, including a “Philadelphia Street Fight” against Drake Younger for Battleground Championship Wrestling earlier this month, as well as his return to CZW last week at the companies Cage of Death event, with a return match set for February.
But, what about GCW?
Nick Gage recently spoke to MuscleManMalcom while at Arrival Wrestling’s “ARRIVAL 3” event about his current relationship with Game Changer Wrestling. Gage stated that really doesn’t know what his current relationship with GCW is. He added that there is communication, that they text back and forth but that’s it. However, he went on to say that time heals wounds, and that he feels like in time they will get back on track “the way we’re supposed to be, the right way.”
“My current relationship with GCW is…I don’t know man. You know, I really don’t know Malcolm. I text, I get answers. We hit a little bit back and forth but that’s it. Am I sorting out to please and begging and all? None of that and vice versa from him. None of that coming my way.
I feel like in time, it will heal wounds and we’ll get back on track. The way we’re supposed to be, the right way. I just think it will happen organically and natural, to where the time would be right and me and him would be fucking cool as we should be and probably have a sit down to dinner and discuss what it is. Who knows when it’s going to happen.”
