Matt Hardy On Tessa Blanchard Reactions To TNA Return: “I Know She Was Available To Speak With Anyone Who May Have Had Any Kind Of Grievances With Her”

On the latest edition of his The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy podcast, Matt Hardy talked about Blanchard’s return and said that anybody that was working with her was informed ahead of time. Hardy also stated that Blanchard made herself available to speak with anyone backstage that had any grievances with her.

“I do know there was some of that feedback online especially. There were a few people that I was sitting in the room with who changed like, ‘Oh man, you know, she was here at one time.’ They’re like, ‘Man, she didn’t do things right or whatever else.’ One thing I have heard is that, you know, everyone that she was going to be working with, they were given the heads up and they knew that was going to be happening. But also, apparently they’ve been following her pretty close and just seeing how she’s been as a performer, how professional she’s been and whatnot. It seems so far, so good. I know she was available to speak with anyone who may have had any kind of grievances with her at the end of the night. I think as a society too, if someone is actually trying to right their wrongs and get their life back on course, we still have to be able to give second chances or third chances. If I hadn’t got second chances, I’d have been fucked. There’s a lot of people, especially in pro wrestling, that sometime if they’re trying to prove themselves and they seem like they are worthy of being given another opportunity, you got to let them have it.”

Former TNA (IMPACT) World Champion Tessa Blanchard returned to the company one week ago at the LIVE Final Resolution PLE where she made a statement by coming out of the crowd and attacking Jordynne Grace during her match with Rosemary. Tessa would leave Grace laid out in the ring as she made her presence known.

We’ll have to see what transpires from this attack moving forward, but we know that Grace was NOT happy after it happened.

We’ll have to tune into TNA during the new year as the build to Genesis continues in January.
