Miu Watanabe To Defend TJPW Princess Of Princess Title Against VertVixen

The current Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling Princess of Princess Champion Miu Watanabe knows who her 2nd defense will be against. It was announced today that Watanabe will defend her title against VertVixen on June 9th at TJPW Prism ’24. The event is set to take place at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.

Watanabe won TJPW’s top championship back on March 31st when she defeated Miyu Yamashita in a thrilling match up. She successfully made her first defense on May 6th when she turned back the challenge of Shoko Nakajima.

This will be VertVixen’s third time heading to Japan to compete for TJPW. She defended her Defy Women’s Title back on July 8th 2023 and defeated Hikari Noa to retain her championship. She is still currently the Defy Women’s Champion, holding that belt for 560 days as of this writing.
