Kazuchika Okada Is All Elite

The Rainmaker is officially part of AEW.

Kazuchika Okada has officially made his long-awaited debut for All Elite Wrestling as he made the save for Eddie Kingston against the Young Bucks following them suspending Hangman Page (without pay) and firing Kenny Omega. This, however, would turn into Okada turning heel, joining the Elite and attacking Eddie Kingston.

The last time Okada was on AEW TV, he was part of a tag team match alongside Orange Cassidy where the two CHAOS stablemates were unsuccessful in defeating the team of Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson.

Okada spent the last fourteen years in New Japan Pro Wrestling where he won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship several times and in his fourth reign, he held the gold for a record-setting 720 days with a combined 30 defenses throughout all the reigns. Okada won the G1 Climax four times and won the New Japan Cup twice in his career.

Okada now joins the likes of former foes Will Ospreay, Jay White, Bryan Danielson, plus many more who will be looking forward to once again locking horns with the Rainmaker soon.
