WWE have landed a big-time free agent.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Tama Tonga will be making the jump from New Japan Pro Wrestling to WWE.
“WWE sources have confirmed that Aliopate Aloisio Leone, better known as Tama Tonga, is headed to the company.”

Tonga wrapped up his 14-year tenure in NJPW this past weekend when Tanga Loa lost to Hikuleo and El Phantasmo at the company’s New Beginning in Sapporo event.
The 41-year-old is a seven-time IWGP World Tag Team Champion as well as a holder of the NJPW Openweight Championship on four occasions.
