Several changes have been made to New Japan Pro Wrestling’s upcoming shows.

NJPW announced Satoshi Kojima and Tomohiro Ishii will be unavailable for the promotion’s upcoming ‘Road to New Beginning’ Tour on February 8 and February 9. Kojima is recovering from an apparent left MCL injury, while Ishii is recouping following his recent appearance in AEW, last week.

Jeff Cobb’s replacements have been confirmed following the announcement of his left thigh injury, earlier this week.

From NJPW:

“Thank you for supporting New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Jeff Cobb, due to a left thigh injury, and Satoshi Kojima, due to a left Medial Collateral Ligament(MCL) injury, will miss action on February 8 and 9.

Additionally, Tomohiro Ishii will be absent due to wrestling on the AEW’s show this week.

Cobb will be replaced by Great-O-Khan, Ishii will be replaced by YOSHI-HASHI, and Kojima will be replaced by Ryusuke Taguchi.

We apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing Cobb, Ishii and Kojima wrestle and appreciate your understanding.
