Pro Wrestling NOAH superstar Go Shiozaki has called out NJPW legend Satoshi Kojima for a match at NOAH “THE NEW YEAR” 2024 on January 2nd at Ariake Arena in Tokyo.
Shiozaki made the challenge to Kojima on the December 10th Sunny Voyage 2023 event after he Kenoh & Naomichi Marufuji defeated Manabu Soya, Masa Kitamiya & Daiki Inaba in the featured match of the show.
This was the second time that Shiozaki has publicly called out Kojima. The first time occurred at the December 2nd NOAH the BEST 2023 event at the Yokohama Budokan in Yokohama, Japan..
Go Shiozaki has faced Satoshi Kojima in two singles matches, once in 2010 and once in 2022. Kojima was victorious in both matches. Kojima defeated Shiozaki in 2022 and took the GHC Heavyweight belt from him.
As of this writing, Satoshi Kojima has yet to accept the challenge made by Go Shiozaki.
