IMPACT Wrestling Knockout Star Gisele Shaw Tops Outsport LGBTQ Top 100 List

Earlier today, Outsports released their LGBTQ Top 100 list, and Gisele Shaw was in the top 20, coming in at number 15 on the lost.

Shaw signed with the company in February of 2022, and later in June of that same year she came out as transgender.

Shaw comments on being placed on the list.

Shaw was touted as being “the first out trans woman to compete in a New Japan Pro Wrestling ring” whe she competed in the ring at the first NJPWxIMPACT Multiverse United show.

Shaw was also “the first transgender athlete to compete for a title New Japan Pro Wrestling in over 50+ years” from her match at Multiverse United 2 when she took on NJPW Strong Women’s Champion, Giulia, Deonna Purrazzo, and Stardom talent Momo Kohgo.

Shaw is scheduled to team with Deonna Purrazzo to take on the team of Jordynne Grace and Knockouts Champion, Trinity, tomorrow night at Final Resolution.
