NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III (EC3) Defeats Jesse Godderz At OVW Event, Wins National Title
Last night at the Al Snow-owned Ohio Valley Wrestling, OVW National Champion Jesse Godderz put his title on the line against NwA World Champion, EC3 during the company Thanksgiving Thunder event.
Ethan comments after the match, saying that he’ll wrestle anybody with a 3 letter name and defeat their champion.
EC3 won the NWA World Title at the NWA 75 event when he defeated long-standing former champion, Tyrus. Carter has since successfully defended the title against Jay Bradley, Talos, and Thom Latimer at NWA events, as well as Delsin Alekzaner at a Buffalo Championship Wrestling show, and Crowbar for a company called Outlaw Wrestling.
