NJPW have given Will Ospreay their blessing to explore other options.
While it’s been rumored that WWE is interested in top NJPW star Will Ospreay when he becomes a free agent in a few months, it was recently reported that many in AEW have considered it a foregone conclusion that the IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion will join their company.
PWInsider has now provided an update, noting that Ospreay has been given permission to speak with other companies.
PWInsider.com can confirm that sources have indicated that Ospreay has already received the blessing of NJPW to explore discussions with other companies.

We will have to wait and see if Ospreay will be the announced name this weekend at AEW Full Gear, but yesterday Mercedes Mone was revealed as not being the expected signee.
