Let me introduce you to the two newest members of the Bodyslam Family, Meekz & Alicia!

Meka Goodman, is a wrestling enthusiast and fan of wrestling since about 11. She was born in Mississippi and raised in California, and Meka is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and University of Texas at Arlington. Meka has been writing since she was 9 and is excited to bring her talents to the world of Wrestling.

Meka, also known as Meeks, has appeared on podcasts, media scrums, live shows, as well as hosted multiple wrestling spaces on Instagram, Twitter and Clubhouse. Meka is also currently in the process of finishing her Doctorate degree in Criminal Justice and loves to travel and cook.

Alicia “Al” Salazar has been in wrestling media for 5 years, when she co-created and co-hosted Kayfabe Queens. Growing up a fan since age 11, she wanted to be the representation she didn’t get to see growing up.

As well as doing interviews with a focus on west coast talent, she also co-wrote a wrestling zine called Hot Tag. She’s also been apart of AEW media scrums and interviewed top women in the industry outside of Kayfabe Queens. In 2023 after Kayfabe Queens ended she launched her podcast Gimmie An Al Yeah!
