Hiromu Takahashi Wins The DDT Pro-Wrestling Ironman Heavy Metal Championship

New Japan Pro Wrestling superstar and current IWGP World Jr Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi has added another title to put around his waist. Takashashi defeated Kazuki Hirata at the October 22nd GOD BLESS DDT 2023 event to become the new DDT Pro-Wrestling Ironman Heavy Metal Champion.

At the event, Kazuki Hirata won the Ironman Heavy Metal Championship when he defeated Takeshi Masada for the title. As the Ironman Heavy Metal Championship is always defended under the 24/7 rule, while Hirata was addressing the crowd after the match, Hiromu Takahashi appeared, rolled up Hirata, scored a three count and became the new champion.

Takahashi took a brief celebratory video of himself as the new Ironman Heavy Metal Champion.

Hiromu Takahashi is scheduled to face Kazuki Hirata at the upcoming DDT Pro-Wrestling Ultimate Party 2023 event on November 12th. That match will now be for Takahashi’s Ironman Heavy Metal Championship as long as Takahashi holds on to the title until November 12th.
