Bryan Danielson On Wrestling In Japan Again: “I Never Say Never.”

Danielson remains open to possibly wrestling in Japan.

At AEW WrestleDream, Bryan Danielson took on Zack Sabre Jr in a technical wrestling dream match that lived up to the hype. In the end, Danielson would land two busaiku knees to ZSJ to capture the victory in the matchup.

After the matchup, Sabre Jr would challenge Danielson to a rematch in England or in Japan.

On the Nikki & Brie Show when asked if he would wrestle in Japan again, Danielson had a simple response to the idea.

“Maybe. I never say never,”

“Wrestling in Japan is one of my favorite places in the world to wrestle, if not the favorite place. I loved wrestling in Japan, I’d love to wrestle there more, it’s just a matter of schedule and a matter of time.”

Danielson has not competed in a match in Japan since 2018.

Danielson is set to challenge Christian Cage for the AEW TNT Championship on Saturday’s AEW Collision after defeating Swerve Strickland on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite.
