Go Shiozaki Comments On His AXIZ Tag Team Partner Katsuhiko Nakajima Leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH

The news that rocked the world of professional wrestling in Japan yesterday was Katsuhiko Nakajima announcing he will be leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH after 15 years with the promotion.

Nakajima and Go Shiozaki make up one of the most celebrated tag teams in Pro Wrestling NOAH history as AXIZ. Nakajima and Shiozaki teamed together as AXIZ from 2018-2020 and reunited in 2023. They held the GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Titles on three separate occasions.

Go Shiozaki took to social media and commented on Katsuhiko Nakajima’s departure from Pro Wrestling NOAH:

I have nothing but gratitude. I think Go Shiozaki was able to establish himself thanks to Katsu-san. This is the beginning of Chapter 2

Nakajima responded to Shiozaki’s social media message by saying “Thank you, Go-san”.

Shiozaki and Nakajima will team together in Nakajima’s final NOAH match on October 28th against Naomichi Marufuji and Takashi Sugiura in Fukuoka.
