Jade Cargill Officially Signs With WWE

Jade Cargill has officially signed on with WWE.

Cargill is a former TBS Champion, holding the belt for around 500 days before dropping it to Kris Statlander back at AEW Double Or Nothing. She returned on a recent Collision and laid out Statlander, before losing a title rematch with Statlander on last Friday’s Rampage.

The match was a physical one, with fans giving the match its due for how entertaining it was. The two women shared a hug after the match as Cargill said goodbye to All Elite Wrestling.

After a couple of weeks of rumors, now it has been put to rest as Jade has now officially signed for WWE.

ESPN confirmed the news after WWE would let them know that Cargill had been signed to a WWE contract.

Jade Cargill, a rising star in professional wrestling and former champion in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), has signed with WWE, promotion officials told ESPN.

ESPN also clarified that it is still unclear if Cargill will go to NXT or the WWE main roster.

It remains unclear if Cargill will go straight to the WWE main roster or if she will first perform for its developmental brand, NXT.

It has been reported that Jade is not making her way to WWE for financial reasons.

That being said, it has also been reported that Cargill will be on more money than usual for newcomers and will be given a focal push upon making her WWE debut.

As of this writing, it is unknown when Cargill will show up on WWE television.
