On September 17th, a sold out crowd of over 1500 fans packed Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan to witness the Pro Wrestling NOAH Naomichi Marufuji 25th Anniversary event.
The main event of the show saw Naomichi Marufuji face IWGP US/UK Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay. After a terrific match that saw great back and forth action, it was Will Ospreay who scored the victory over Naomichi Marufuji following a Stormbreaker. Following the win, Ospreay raised Marufuji’s arm and they both bowed to each other as a great sign of respect.
