The Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling Circuit City 2023 tour rolled on as the promotion presented it’s latest event at the Nagano Kissei Bunka Hall Middle Hall on September 16th.
It was special night for Rika Tatsumi as she was returning to her hometown of Nagano to compete. Tatsumi commented on her hometown return prior to the event:
I’m nervous about being able to compete in Tokyo Women’s Pro Wrestling in my hometown.I’m looking forward to it because it’s two strong but fun opponents and I think we’ll be able to do our best! Go win with a daydream. We look forward!

Rika Tatsumi teamed with Miu Watanabe as they defeated Miyu Yamashita & Hyper Misao in the main event to send her hometown fans home happy.
