Vince McMahon Is “Well Above” Dana White In The TKO Food Chain

Vince McMahon has significantly more power in TKO than Dana White, despite Endeavor having more control over TKO than Vince and WWE.

During WrestleMania 39 weekend, the sale was officially announced as Vince had accepted an offer from Endeavor of 21 billion dollars for the company. Now, the merger with the UFC to form a new company, TKO Group has finalized as the company will now start trading on the stock market.

Several WWE talent hoped Vince McMahon would be absent from WWE creative after the TKO Group merger, but he remains part of the creative process and that is not all.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Vince McMahon’s position in TKO is higher on the food chain” than Dana White, who is the UFC CEO after the merger.

“The reality is that Levesque will be head of creative but Vince will remain with the final power. Ari Emanuel, who heads the company, put Vince in charge of all facets of the company. Vince’s power is such that Emanuel himself said that if there is a disagreement on the wrestling side of the company with he and Vince, he will defer to Vince.”

“Vince’s position on the food chain is well above that of Dana White, which is notable because UFC got 51 percent of the new company and as far as pure profitability, UFC was far ahead of WWE for the past many years.”

With the deal finalized, many fans have been awaiting news on budget cuts. Now, we know more as Haus Of Wrestling have now reported that the talent cuts could begin as soon as today.

We will have to wait and see how the new company will change the way things are ran in both the professional wrestling and mixed martial arts juggernauts in the WWE and the UFC.
