UFC Middleweight Title Contender Sean Strickland Brings Fan On Stage To Spar During UFC 293 Open Workout

Sean Strickland takes on all comers.

For a long time now, Strickland has swore to spar with a fan at open workouts and as he prepares to battle UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya, he has made that happen.

During the UFC 293 workouts in Australia, Strickland welcomed a much smaller fan onstage with him to spar. While the fan did their best, Strickland would walk down the untrained fan, rattling off power strikes and small combinations while taking shots to the chin without flinching. After the short sparring match, the two men parted with Sean giving the fan props for stepping up.

Strickland has a history of controversy, including wishing death upon his opponents in the ring and launching homophobic attacks on Israel Adesanya for painting his nails and more.

We will have to wait and see if Strickland can become the 185 pounds king this weekend.
