Ricochet has been having a big 2023, competing in some of the biggest matchups WWE has to offer and stealing the show with every performance.
At SummerSlam last month, Ricochet took on Logan Paul in a matchup that as usual, delivered past expectations. Ricochet would end up losing the matchup after Paul used brass knuckles to knock out the “One and Only”.
Ricochet competed on the RAW after SummerSlam, where he would lose in a fatal four way match to decide the next number 1 contender for Gunther’s Intercontinental Championship.
Kurt Angle has now commented on Ricochet, noting on the Grue Rueme show that The One And Only has potential to be a main event draw in WWE.
“Wrestlers like Ricochet in WWE. I think he’s really underrated. I think a guy like that can be a huge main eventer for the company and draw a lot of money for them. The matches that he has are just incredible.”

At present there is no concrete plans in place for what is next for Ricochet, but perhaps we will learn more on tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW.
