DDT Pro-Wrestling held it’s OSAKA BAY BLUES SPECIAL 2023 event on August 20th at the Osaka Edion Arena #2 in front of 479 fans.
The main event featured the KO-D Openweight Champion Chris Brookes teaming with Takeshi Masada as they faced Shigehiro Irie & HARASHIMA. Irie and HARASHIMA were victorious as they defeated Brookes and Masada. This match gave the fans a preview of the upcoming KO-D Openweight Title defense by Chris Brookes as he takes on Shigehiro Irie for the belt on September 9th at DDT BIG BANG 2023.

- Makoto Oishi, Yuni & Rukiya defeated Yusuke Okada, Yuya Koroku & Ilusion when Oishi pinned Ilusion with the Miracle Ecstacy (6:37).
- 3 Way Match: Kazuki Hirata Vs Yuki “Sexy” Iino Vs Saki Akai ended in a No Contest (7:25).
- Osaka Specialty Special Tag Match: Sanshiro Takagi & Tsutenkakka defeated Akito & Kazuma Sumi when Tsutenkakka pinned Sumi with the Tusten Bomber (6:47).
- BURNING Vs Harimao!: Jun Akiyama & Kotaro Suzuki defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Yuki Ishida when Suzuki pinned Ishida with the Tiger Driver (9:12).
- Yuji Hino & Yukio Naya defeated KANON & MJ Paul when Hino pinned Paul with the Fuckin’ BOMB (12:30).
- Current Blast Bat & Board 6-Man Tag Death Match: Atsushi Onita, Yoshi Tatsu & Toi Kojima defeated Yukio Sakaguchi, Hideki Okatani & Soma Takao when Tatsu pinned Takao after the Sandwich Current Blast Bat Full Swing (7:43).
- Special Single Match: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Yuki Ueno with La Mistica Crossover Face Lock (17:03).
- Special Tag Match: Shigehiro Irie & HARASHIMA defeated Chris Brookes & Takeshi Masada when Irie pinned Masada with the Beast Bomber (16:32).
