**Update: the press release states that Asylum was producing the figures. The Asylum store are US distributors, but it was actually Chella/Epic Toys that was contracted to produce the figures.**

Back on March 16, 2023, IMPACT Wrestling announced – via the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast – that they’d be releasing a new series of action figures with pre orders available the next day – March 17th – for the first time in many years.

Moments ago, IMPACT Wrestling released a statement on the status of the figures.

Statement Regarding IMPACT Action Figures

IMPACT Wrestling regretfully announces that its scheduled action figures, made by Asylum, did not meet IMPACT standards nor the outlined timeframe for release.

Thus, IMPACT Wrestling is now in discussions with other action figure manufacturers for an upcoming release and no IMPACT Action Figures from Asylum will be produced.

All pre-payments for the IMPACT Action Figures made by Asylum will be refunded in full. Refunds will start being processed at the end of August.

Thank you for your understanding. 

The series 1 consisted of Eddie Edwards, Moose, Jordynne Grace, and Deonna Purrazzo.

The US distributor, Asylum Wrestling Store, comments:

Many IMPACT fans were looking forward to these figures being released. Hopefully IMPACT can come to terms with a new manufacturer and get the figures done.

Bodyslam will update this situation as more information becomes available.
