Anthony Bowens wants to crossover into the mainstream through professional wrestling.
Bowens is already fairly known by a lot of wrestling fans thanks to he, Max Caster and Billy Gunn’s entertaining act that has led to The Acclaimed being AEW World Tag Team Champions and consistent parts of AEW Collision since its debut.
Appearing on Chris Distefano Presents: Chrissy Chaos, Bowens was asked about acting more in Hollywood.
“I want that crossover, mainstream appeal. I love professional wrestling and want to do it until I can’t do it any longer, but everybody’s body has an expiration date. I’ve done a bunch of commercials over the last couple of years, modeling, just moved to Los Angeles to start building that foundation for later after wrestling. That is the goal. I’ve always wanted to be a guy like Dwayne [Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock],”

We will have to wait and see if Bowens will manage to make the crossover he wishes to make into Hollywood after some more time in the wrestling industry.
Time will tell if he will be table to tick off a bucket list item in meeting The Rock.
