Buff Bagwell was arrested earlier this month for a DUI.
According to Cobb County police records, Marcus Bagwell (Buff Bagwell) was pulled over for speeding on July 13 and arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. He was sentenced with no bond and he was quickly released on July 15th.
Back in December, Bagwell celebrated over 100 days sober after a history of substance issues.
Bagwell is yet to comment on the arrest publicly.
