On September 24th, the newly crowned DDT Pro Universal Champion Matt Cardona will be making his first title defense against TJPW superstar Maki Itoh. Itoh challenged Cardona via video immediately following Cardona’s title win over Tetsuya Endo at DDT Pro’s WRESTLE PETER PAN 2023 event.
Maki Itoh released another video, this time to indicate that she will take the DDT Pro Universal Title from Matt Cardona and to say a few unflattering things about him as well.
Matt Cardona vs Maki Itoh is set for DDT Pro-Wrestling’s Who’s gonna TOP event at Korakuen Hall In Tokyo on September 24th.
