The third ever AEW Blood And Guts match went down on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite.
Starting things off for The Blackpool Combat Club was Claudio Castagnoli, with Kenny Omega kicking the match off for The Golden Elite to a huge pop.
Next, PAC and Hangman would both make their way to the ring, with The Blackpool Combat Club having the advantage with a coin flip. Both men would have moments where they would have big offense.
Following, Jon Moxley would make his way to the double cage, making a beeline for Hangman Page with a fork, doing the same to Omega. Mox would then introduce glass shards, with Nick Jackson coming in shortly after, with most of the men in the match ending up bumping onto the glass.
Next, Wheeler Yuta would enter the match, showing off his ability as the little shit he is by stabbing Kenny Omega repeatedly. Next out, Matt Jackson would make his way to the ring to once again tie up the teams in numbers, leaving Konosuke Takeshita and Kota Ibushi as the final men to enter the match.
Takeshita would enter next, using a chair and going for multiple headshots with it from the moment he entered the match. Jon Moxley would then bring out a bed of nails, putting Kenny Omega into it back first.
Next up, Kota Ibushi would make his AEW debut, taking it to The BCC from the moment he entered the matchup.
As the match headed down the final stretch, PAC and Claudio would end up having a miscommunication despite having control of the match. PAC would flip off The BCC and would leave the matchup, cutting the chain to the door to leave the matchup, giving The Golden Elite the man advantage, with Hangman hitting two Buckshots on Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli.
Konosuke Takeshita would leave the match also, right before Wheeler Yuta was also covered in blood, being choked out by Hangman Page with a chain for the victory with Jon Moxley surrendering the match.
