The Murderhawk wants to take down the AEW World Heavyweight Champion.
Archer has not been used much in AEW as of late, choosing to spend his time in Japan with NJPW for quite some time now but returned to AEW programming to challenge Orange Cassidy for the International Championship at AEW Battle Of The Belts VII.
Now, Archer has his eyes set on a different championship in AEW and one he has competed for in the past.
Speaking with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Archer was asked for his thoughts on MJF.
“I wanna kick his fucking ass. A, he’s the champion, so I wanna be the champion. B, his attitude is what it is. C, you’ve got to fight the best if you want to be the best, and right now, he’s the best in AEW, he’s one of the best in the business,”

We will have to wait and see if we will get a matchup between the two men but for now, MJF will look to focus on the finals of the Blind Eliminator tag team tournament where he will team with Adam Cole to take on Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia.
