Moments ago, IMPACT Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to announce that Josh Alexander will be in the IMPACT Zone this Thursday to give a status update on his injury.
Back in March, Josh Alexander announced that he’d be stepping away for an undisclosed amount of time due to a biceps tear. Unfortunately, this meant that Josh Alexander had to relinquish his IMPACT World Title belt.
Josh immediately had surgery for the tear and began rehabilitation.
Nobody had seen or heard from Josh in months, since he turned over his title belt.
This past Saturday at Slammiversary after Alex Shelley successfully defended his IMPACT World Title against Nick Aldis in the Main Event, Josh Alexander returned and made his way down to the ring. Josh slid in, stood toe-to-toe with Shelley, and simply stated “I’m BACK!”
