Josh Barnett is not a fan of WWE’s Underground matches.
In WWE’s version of professional wrestling, there are several matches where the stipulation is closer to a mixed martial arts bout. One of these match types includes the WWE Underground matches, with one taking place on last night’s edition of NXT.
Josh Barnett took to Twitter last night and mocked the match type, calling it a fake Bloodsport.
Oh look, fake Bloodsport is back. Thank you for showing the world that this kind of thing has legs (we knew that already) and that even with 10x the money and production there is still only one Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport.

Bloodsport has become a staple of the GCW calendar, dating back to the first show in 2018.
