John Cena will not be reprising the role of Peacemaker in the near future.
While speaking on Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum, James Gunn made it clear that Peacemaker season 2 will not be filmed anytime soon.
“Peacemaker’’s coming back right after ‘Superman.’ That’s my next thing, go straight from Superman to Peacemaker. ‘Waller’ is first, and ‘Waller’ is a lot of the same people from ‘Peacemaker.’”
