Roman Reigns’ championship lineage is one that we are not aware of as of this writing.
However, Fightful Select have provided an update on the lineage, remarking that the title will revert back to the lineage of the WWE Championship once Roman Reigns drops the title.

A WWE source has claimed to Fightful that technically the Universal and WWE Championship “histories” are still separate, but said that they believe the WWE Title’s history will be continued once Reigns loses the championship, whenever that may be.
Roman has been world champion for over 1000 days and it does not appear that he will be slowing down anytime soon. We will have to wait and see what lineage the title will follow once it leaves Roman’s waist.
