Darby Allin Says He Isn’t Interested in Championships and Discusses Sting Partnership
Darby Allin recently discussed his partnership with Sting.
Months after coming into AEW in 2020, Sting was partnered with Darby Allin. Together, the duo have formed a special bond on screen and have been involved in a number of high level matchups against other top teams in All Elite Wrestling.
In a new interview with Fightful, Allin talked about the partnership with Sting and how it came together organically.
When Fightful brought up the fact that Allin & Sting are undefeated and should be qualified for a AEW World Tag Team Championship match, Allin noted that the wrestling legend isn’t really focused on titles.
Sting and Allin last teamed together on the March 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, where they teamed with Orange Cassidy to defeat The Butcher, The Blade, & Kip Sabian.
Darby Allin has also discussed wanting to plant an AEW flag on Mount Everest.
Darby also mentioned lately that his match with MJF at Full Gear 2021 was match of the night.
