Kyle Fletcher Says Aussie Open Will Remain In United Empire Despite Signing With AEW

AEW’s latest signings will remain part of United Empire.

Aussie Open were signed to AEW earlier this week after Kyle Fletcher’s AEW International Championship title challenge vs Orange Cassidy. Tony Khan would announce the pair were All Elite after the match and Kyle Fletcher’s incredible performance.

Fletcher spoke with Dark Puroresu Fusion about their status with Will Ospreay’s United Empire Faction following their signing with AEW last week.

“We’re absolutely going to remain in the United Empire. Ospreay & all the boys have done so much for us, it really feels like a brotherhood. If anything it’s just the start of a worldwide expansion of the group”

Prior to AEW signing the tag team, Tony Khan paid for Mark Davis’ recent surgery that he required after picking up an injury in the ring. We will have to wait and see if the team will remain part of United Empire in the long run and if Will Ospreay will join the team in AEW when his NJPW contract expires.
