Bryan Danielson Speaks on Helping with AEW Collision Creative

Bryan Danielson is going to be helping in creative for AEW.

On 5/18, Fightful Select published that “Bryan Danielson will be contributing in creative for the Collision brand, according to sources familiar with the situation.”

Tony Khan confirmed the report during the AEW Double or Nothing media call prior to the pay per view.

During the AEW Double or Nothing media scrum, Danielson mentioned helping in the creative department.

“I love working with Tony and I love working in AEW. It’s a lot of fun because, sometimes, before I even got here, Tony and I would talk on the phone sometimes for an hour and a half to two hours and we’d just be talking about things and wrestling and that sort of thing. I think we have similar ideas on wrestling, and sometimes he says things to me and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, that’s a great idea,’ and we riff off each other really well. When we do it, it doesn’t feel like work. When you love wrestling, stuff like that is fun,”

said Danielson.

Danielson will remain an active in-ring competitor for AEW. He last competed in the main event of AEW Double or Nothing, teaming with Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, & Wheeler Yuta as the Blackpool Combat Club against The Elite (Hangman Page, Kenny Omega, & The Young Bucks) in an Anarchy in the Arena match.

Last night results from AEW Double or Nothing 2023.
