Watch: AEW Recap Willow Nightingale Defeating Mercedes Mone To Become NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion
Mercedes Mone appears on AEW programming.
During AEW Dynamite tonight, AEW briefly looked back on Willow Nightingale becoming the NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion. At NJPW Resurgence, Willow would defeat Mercedes Mone to become the first champion. During the recap, Willow would emphatically say she is looking forward to showing off how strong she is.
We will have to wait and see if we will see Mercedes legitimately appear on AEW TV, but she is currently out of action with a broken ankle she suffered in her match with Willow.
