AEW are expected to announce CM Punk’s return to the promotion in the coming days.
CM Punk has been away from AEW since All Out 2022 and the All Out Brawl. He also tore his triceps in his match with Jon Moxley earlier in the night, which kept him on the shelf for much of the time since then.
Andrew Zarian now reports that Punk’s return will be announced by AEW in the coming days.

With Tony Khan to make an important announcement on this week’s AEW Dynamite, it could absolutely be related to Punk’s return. We will just have to wait and see if Punk’s return is announced this week.
