Several programs are expected to end abruptly in WWE after Backlash.
The WWE Draft has come and gone with major repercussions for the future of WWE’s creative. Several feuds have also had a time limit set as once the Draft’s results go into effect after Backlash.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE split up some key angles.
The draft, at least in theory, broke up the key programs that built the hot period, Sami Zayn with the Bloodline and getting together with Kevin Owens, Rhodes chasing Roman Reigns and Rey vs. Dominik Mysterio.

We will have to wait and see how the draft will effect other programs that have been split up due to the results of said draft.
