On Monday Night RAW, Triple H made a ground-breaking announcement as he would reveal the new World Heavyweight Championship.
The title was revealed by Triple H on RAW, and explained that the title will crown its first champion at Night Of Champions next month.
Ringside News asked around about the new championship and it was revealed that this has been a long term goal of Triple H’s.

We will have to wait and see how the championship will be presented going forward, but certainly was one of the more surprising announcements during Triple H’s time as WWE head of creative.
