Naomi Abandons Trademark On New Ring Name

Naomi has decided not to pursue her recent trademark filing on a new ring name.

Recently, Naomi filed to trademark the name “Trinity Starr”. Despite this, she has not appeared in a wrestling promotion since she walked out of WWE alongside Mercedes Mone.

Public records indicate that Naomi has now abandoned the Trinity Starr trademark. This was executed on April 15th, 2023, not even a month after it was filed. You can read the full filing for the trademark below.

Language in the abandoned trademark filing said that it would be for, “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainers; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”

Trademark Filing

We will have to wait and see when Naomi will return to professional wrestling. However, she did attend Ring Of Honor Supercard Of Honor last month, so we will have to wait and see if she ends up there.
