Vince McMahon was present at Monday Night RAW, but was not at SmackDown. The difference between the two shows was substantial as Triple H and Vince both heavily influenced both shows.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer explained that Vince McMahon was not in Portland for SmackDown this week. That being said, he can still show up whenever he wants and take over the show.
Vince was not in Portland. He was working remote, they did not change a lot, but there were things that changed. It wasn’t anything major, whatever that means.
He was involved. When it comes to how often he will be involved, nobody knows. He’s gonna show up when he shows up, he’s gonna do what he wants to do, and that’s the deal.

It appears that once again, Vince McMahon has complete control over WWE, despite selling the company to Endeavor earlier this week. We will have to wait and see how much Vince is involved in the product going forward.
