It appears that as of this writing, Randy Orton will not be back in the coming days.
Orton has been sidelined since May of last year with a serious back injury that required surgery. While he was in Los Angeles for WrestleMania, he did not return to the company as he still has a while left to go in terms of recovery.
Per Fightful Select, WWE currently do not have any creative plans in place for Orton’s return.
There have been no creative plans for Randy Orton that we’ve heard of.

This will be a bummer to the fans of The Viper, as they were hoping to see the 14 time world champion return to WWE sooner rather than later. We will have to wait and see what comes next for Randy Orton in the squared circle.
