WWE held the first night of WrestleMania 39 on Saturday, and SoFi Stadium was abuzz for the showcase of the immortals. It turns out that the event also had quite a response backstage.
Fightful Select now reports that the overwhelming response to WrestleMania Saturday was a positive one. That being said, they were also very pleased with the fan reaction to the showcase of the immortals’ first night.
WWE sources indicated that the company was very happy with how things went during night one, including general fan reception.

WrestleMania Saturday was quite an event, full of drama and action. Only time will tell how the two nights are compared together when fans look back at history, but it seems that the showcase of the immortals’ first night was a winner for everyone involved.
