We officially now know which matches will be on Night 1 and 2 for WrestleMania 39.
The placement of the matches was first revealed on Thursday’s episode of First Take on ESPN.
In a change from a previous announcement, John Cena and Austin Theory will headline night one of WrestleMania 39. The bout was originally expected to open the show.
Furthermore, Charlotte Flair will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley and The Usos will defend their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
As expected, the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship Match between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes is set to headline the second night of the event.
Matches that are also set to take place on the second night include the Raw Women’s Championship match between Bianca Belair and Asuka, the Intercontinental Championship match between GUNTHER, Drew McIntyre, and Sheamus, and the Hell In A Cell Match between Edge and Finn Balor.
