Major League Wrestling aired the newest episode of MLW Underground on March 14. Matches were taped at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The show aired on REELZ.

- Real1, sitting in a wheelchair, is brought to the stage, and he insults Mance Warner. He says Warner uses a library card for identification. Real1 recalls how Warner hit him with a car, and he threatens to call the cops next time. Warner comes out and says he’s there to fight.
- AO hacks into the broadcast, and Rickey Shane Page introduces himself, saying he has been lost for a long time, but he sees a light. Page comes out and takes the fight to Warner as Real1 stays at ringside.
- Hardcore Match: Rickey Shane Page def. Mance Warner
- Real1 got out of the wheelchair and hit Warner with a crutch. Page then slammed Warner and pinned him.
- Taya Valkyrie, Sam Adonis and John Hennigan make fun of Billie Starkz at a photo shoot. Starkz tells Valkyrie she wants her title. Valkyrie says gold doesn’t look good on her. Valkyrie agrees to give Starkz a shot at the title.
- MLW World Middleweight Championship: Lince Dorado ( c) def. La Estrella
- Microman attacked Cesar Duran’s henchman during the match.
- In an interview, Alex Kane noted that he will face Davey Boy Smith Jr. in two weeks and vowed to throw him from pillar to post.
- Alex Hammerstone and Jacob Fatu signed the contract for their world title match. Hammerstone told MLW CEO Court Bauer that he had a weird obsession with Samoans and stated that he didn’t care who Fatu’s family was. Fatu and Hammerstone brawled until they were pulled apart.
- Cesar Duran’s henchmen put a bag over his head and drag him away.
- MLW World Tag Team Championship: Samoan Swat Team (Juicy Finau & Lance Anoa’i) def. Hustle & Power (EJ Nduka & Calvin Tankman) (c) to win the titles.
- Jacob Fatu and Samu celebrated with Finau & Anoa’i.
