Ric Flair Doesn’t Agree That Triple Threat World Title Match At WrestleMania Is A Good Idea

While Cody Rhodes has already booked his ticket to the grandest stage of them all, Sami Zayn will challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship this Saturday at Elimination Chamber. This scenario has lead to many fans questioning if WWE will make the match a triple threat for the titles at WrestleMania.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair shared his thoughts on the World Championship match at WrestleMania being a Triple Threat. After all, Sami Zayn’s momentum is massive right now. During a recent edition of To be The Man Podcast, Flair stated that he is in favor of Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns at the Grandest stage of them all.

“No way! They have put too much time into Cody and too much time into Roman. The fans sometimes get with that three-way stuff, and sometimes they don’t, you know what I mean? I think it is better; I know it would mean more just from knowing him like I have since 12 years old; I think Cody and Roman that’s going to be a really world-class match.”

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will throw down in the main event of night two for WrestleMania 39, but you never know what can happen on the road to WrestleMania. WWE has changed plans around in the past, but it’s pretty hard to picture a situation where Triple H screws Cody Rhodes out of a grand WrestleMania moment.
