Ric Flair Wants To Work On Screen As A Manager In Pro Wrestling

The Nature Boy is a 16-time World champion and was billed as a marquee attraction due to his captivating personality, wrestling style, and connection with the audience during his heyday. Moreover, he has also worked in other significant roles, most notably managing his daughter Charlotte Flair during her early years.

Ric Flair also served as a manager to his son-in-law, Andrade El Idolo during his appearances on the independent circuit. Flair recently stated on his To Be The Man podcast that he would be interested to work as a manager for Andrade or other talented in-ring competitors.

“I could manage somebody right now. I’d love to manage somebody right now. I think it’s important…I could manage any number of guys. It’s never going to happen, so it’s just a dream. I would have really loved to have managed Andrade. He is such a great worker, but the language barrier just sometimes holds guys back that are much better than they’re ever given an opportunity to be.”

Ric Flair on To Be The Man

Ric Flair wrestled his last match, teaming with Andrade El Idolo to defeat the team of Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett back in July 2022. However, it would interesting to see Flair on a regular basis on-screen as the manager for any talented wrestling superstar.
