As previously reported, Sasha Banks is set to be a part of the Wrestle Kingdom 17 event in Tokyo Dome on January 4th, 2023. This will mark her first appearance for a wrestling company in months. It was also reported that Sasha Banks is done with WWE for the foreseeable future.
While speaking on the To Be The Man podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair talked about Sasha Banks making her way to New Japan Pro Wrestling. Flair made it clear that he believes Banks will steal the show in NJPW.
I think Sasha will steal the show in New Japan. The two that have stood out the most in the last ten years or eight years, or whatever it is, have been Sasha and ‘The Queen’ [Charlotte Flair] far and away.
I was just talking to her, and she’s just having a good time. She doesn’t seem stressed out by it. I’m happy for her. I mean, I told her, Ashley [Charlotte] is me, only better, and she’s Ricky Steamboat.

The whole world is waiting with bated breath for The Boss’ NJPW debut, so we’ll have to see how it turns out for all parties involved.
