Carmelo Hayes is ready to Rumble.
Every year, the WWE Royal Rumble is one of the most exciting Premium Live Events they have. You never know who’s going to show up. Returning stars, legends or even NXT competitors. While sitting down with WrestleBinge by Sportskeeda, Carmelo Hayes was asked about the main roster and if he’d be interested in making his presence known in the Royal Rumble match.
Yeah, if they give me the ball, yeah. If they give me the ball. You know, I don’t want to get too far into it, right now it’s like, I’m looking at Deadline, and then after that, we’ll deal with after that. But, yeah I mean, yeah, put me in, put me in. At the same time, it’s like, if I don’t it’s no big deal either. I’m still going to shine here on NXT, but, I don’t know, I don’t know, I think that, that might be a big thing for me and for the brand itself to represent the brand, put me and put Bron in and put whoever in, and that helps NXT in the long run I think.

Carmelo Hayes went on to mention some main roster names he’d like to mix it up with.
So, I made the mistake of trying to challenge somebody to come down and their thing is like “no, you come up. Like, why would we come down? Just come up here.” So, I’m not gonna say anybody to come down, you know what I mean, I’ll come to your front door. You know what I mean? I’ll come to your front door, trust me. So, there’s somebody that, I mean, Seth. I’ve said it multiple times, Seth Rollins. That’s a match that is going to happen and you know, stay there. Stay there because I will come there and I will see you. Don’t worry about coming down here. This is my place, you know what I mean? I’ll handle it down here but I’m coming up to you, you know. He’s gonna see me. Same thing with AJ, same thing with Finn, all of those guys, Roman too. Yeah.
