During a recent episode of his 83 weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff was asked during a Q&A session why Scott Hall was never WCW Champion. He was very short and sweet with his answer, because The Bad Guy didn’t need the title to be that great.
“Because he didn’t need to be.”

Scott Hall is considered one of the greatest Intercontinental Champions of all time. It is sad that he never got one run with the World Title because he would’ve been a great heel champion.
